The name appears before the phone rings.
NexDial is your reps' phone dialer. It reads Zoho CRM as they type, and writes every call back — with their note — the moment they hang up. Nobody has to remember anything.
Your call sheet has holes in it.
Reps log the calls they remember, and the ones that went well. The rest — the no-answers, the third attempt at a lead who never picks up, the quick one from the car — never make it into the CRM.
You cannot manage what was never written down. Coaching, follow-up and forecasting all run on a record that is missing its hardest days.
Three moments in every call.
NexDial becomes the default phone app, so it sees all of them — outgoing, incoming, and the ones nobody answers.
Know who you are calling
The lead resolves as the number is typed, straight from Zoho. Saved contacts show their name too — Android does not do that for a dialer, so NexDial reads the phone's own contacts as well.
Type as you talk
A note field sits under the call, so what was said gets captured while it is fresh instead of reconstructed at six o'clock.
Finish the note, or don't
A sheet opens with whatever was typed, ready to edit. Skip it and the call still logs. Swipe it away, lose your signal, drop the phone — the call is already saved.
Who is calling, who is connecting, who has gone quiet.
Read live from your own Zoho. Nothing is retyped, and nothing is taken on trust — the dashboard tells you when a number rests on a CRM field your team has not filled in.

Every call, with its note
Filtered by rep, by outcome, by period. Export any view as a CSV named after the person it covers.
One row per lead
Attempts, how many tries before someone picked up, and the latest note. Leads nobody has ever reached sort to the top.
Which phones are alive
Not installed, not the default dialer, or gone quiet — three different problems that look identical in the CRM, told apart.
What it needs to run.
Set up takes an afternoon. These are the things worth knowing before that afternoon, rather than during it.
Zoho CRM, with admin access
NexDial reads and writes your existing Zoho. No second system, no import.
Android phones
Android 8 or newer. iPhone is not possible — Apple does not allow third-party apps to be the phone dialer, and no vendor can work around that.
Two minutes on each handset
Each rep sets NexDial as their phone app and allows it to run in the background. Until both are done that rep's calls are not captured, and the dashboard says so by name.
Three CRM fields
Assignment date, first-call date, and a fixed list of call outcomes. Fifteen minutes with whoever administers your Zoho, and it is the difference between reports that inform and reports that look like they do.
